We often hear from folks who ask us how we can help them meet other entrepreneurs who might be right for starting a worker-owned business together. It takes at least two people to start a cooperative (otherwise you might just be in an 'operative.) We help teams of entrepreneurs launch their business through our training program called the Co-op Academy.

The Co-op Academy is a 5 month program to launch a business in under a year. It demystifies the startup process, and reduces time spent trying to figure out what customers actually want. And we do this all at no cost - free. Not everyone has partners to join in our Co-op Academy. To support the folks who are searching for others, and want to know more about worker cooperative businesses, we offer this event.

Part information session & part networking for folks interested in starting a small business, or in the early stages of formation.

• Share relevant professional background and business goals, and learn about the same from others.
• Build relationships with others seeking to start similar businesses.
• If you have a partner or not, and are co-op-curious, come out and learn more.
